Hi.

Two points on this message.  First of all, the INSERT+SHIFT+R only works if 
you use Outlook, which I do not.

Second point.  When I have asked for response to a quest for information, 
and I'm pretty sure that the general list doesn't want to bandy it about, 
I've asked people to respond to me off list, and frankly that virtually 
NEVER happens!!!
