I believe you can set the TS480 to do auto off-sets for 10 and 6-meter 
repeaters.

At least, that's what I think I did when I set mine up last Winter.

As for the manual tuner, I'd probably go with an MFJ model of some sort.

I still have my old MFJ versatuner from at least 13 years ago, and it works 
fine.  In fact, was playing around with it with my new TW1 talking watt 
meter today.

Will send you the N3AIN tutorials.  Will have to do it in separate e-mails, 
though.

But, might as well do it now before I forget.
