I know window-eyes can be put on a thumb drive, but it like jaws installs 
something in the vidio chain, so I don't like leaving garbage behind.
System access and echolink are fine!
You can get a system access account at
http://www.satogo.com, and then log in to your screen reader from any 
windows computer connected to the internet.
Free talking computer anywhere, how cool is that?
