Don,
Take a look at the Kenwood TH-F6A. With the appropriate accessories, it can
serve as an HT, a mobile and a base. No speech capabilities but I believe
it is programmable with a PC. I just got one a week ago and, with the help
of documentation collected from the Handi-Hams web site, I am quickly
learning how to use it.

Hello,
I was wanting to know what any of you would recommend as far as an
accessible dual
band ht that wil allow for programming via the pc as well as, an accessible
mobile/base
station dual band with speech and or programmable via the pc.
