Hi all,
I'm new on this list, and went through some of the archives yesterday to
find out what can be done about my hypothyroidism. I am on medication called
Eltroxin, and blood tests show "normal" but I am NOT well. I was hugely
impressed with the knowledge I got! Thanks guys!
I also saw an email from Lynette from South Africa. Hey, I'm a South African
too. Live near Barberton, and also need to travel miles to the closest
Doctor/Specialist.
So far all the Doctors (I visited 4 so far) are quacks, but I found one on
your list that should be able to help me and have made a booking for two
weeks from now. Doctor is in Parys.
Oh yes, I am female, and it seems I fall into the Wilson's Syndrome, and I
have just started the temperature monitoring. Does anybody know how low
below the 98.6 degrees is not normal? Any advice will be
welcome!!
