I heard from several people on this who said it's great- one said she makes at least one meal a week from the blog.

One response warned that not every recipe is gluten free. All the recipes I'd seen so far were GF, but I noticed that although today is Day 283 of the blog, only 276 recipes were tagged "GF". So I contacted blogger Stephanie, the Crockpot Lady. She said that she as best she could recall there were three recipes definitely not gluten free that she had deliberately not included in the GF category (corned beef, marinated meat and leg of lamb). The others left out of the GF category were probably OK, but she couldn't confirm with a company rep, or it was a mistake.

She writes "I am certainly not a GF expert, nor do I want to pretend to be." Her 4 year old has celiac, and they have decided to eat GF in their house.

As someone GF since 1988, it looks good so far and I am eager to try some of the recipes (making sure of course that ingredients are GF). As always, use your own judgment about what is safe for you. I am no expert either, and not affiliated with Stephanie or her blog.

Once again, it's at crockpot365.blogspot.com
