I just want to react to Carol in NJ posting about Uno's pizza. I have
had their GF pizza a number of times in NH at two different
restaurants. We were a test market for it. I found it to be one of the
best GF pizzas I've ever had. I wonder if the quality is different at
the restaurant Carol attended. The dough does have a "biscuit" like
quality, similar to Uno's flatbread pizza, but it did not fall apart.
My non-celiac husband tried it and said the GF version tastes almost the
same as the non-GF version.
