Hi,
Has anyone ever made GF mandel bread (similar to biscotti)?
I usually use Bob's Red Mill replacement flour, but I'm not sure how much xanthan gum to use.The dough is usually rolled between your hands to form logs and then stretched and patted to form a flattened out wide strip.
