Yep, a couple of years ago while working on a project in Fort Worth, I'd
be driving through there at night. I have counted over thirty rigs at a
time that I could see working. The other side, I have a friend in New
Baden, Texas, he has neighbors with gas wells on their property that are
paying $200k per month, per well. That's hard to convince someone not to
do.
