Do you think this Penofin stuff works on Douglas fir?  We started
putting some kind of Sika penetrating, pigmented stain on our new porch
TnG flooring four years ago, and it's beginning to look really bad, and
I don't think going over the top again is an option. I wanted to use a
penetrating oil and seal it, but also wanted a grayed finish.  It's just
that the gray pigment is separating from the sealer and flaking off
along the grain.
