The bottle neck seemed to be the air exchanger that wasn't available in the
US. I have been talking to my window fabricator who happens to be German &
who's sister works for a large engineering firm. He is going to do some
research since another bottle neck is the fenestration.
Rae has a shed in the back that we have been thinking of converting into a
real living space & this passive house sounds like just the ticket.
