I am apparently going to become the owner of the tm-v71 duel band radio. I
haven't been paying attention to the discussions concerning this radio.
Well now I have lots of questions.
1. Where can I get a good quality audio manual? the one on
http://www.icanworkthisthing.com doesn't qualify there.
2. Has anybody made a pod cast tour of the radio like I did of the ts480?
3. Do I need two antennas for cross band repeat, or is their a diplexer in
the radio?
4. Has anybody set heir's up as an echo link node and do you have to run
the radio on medium or low power to be safe?
5. Is their anything to hear between 800 and 13000 mhz?
6. Did I do the right thing by buying this radio? No I don't expect
anybody can really answer that one. In explanation, I tend to think buying
4 coax connectors is a big purchase.
