That's the kind of mount I have in my go kit, it can be a mirror mount or 
luggage rack mount, only difference being the luggage rack mounting uses 
longer screws. I used that on railings, chair backs, it's a great little go 
kit setup. I even switched to wing nuts on the screws for real fast and easy 
setup and take down.
