Okay sens eyou are in to echo link are you able to transmit?  I re installed 
echo link and I need to set the mike settings or something.  When I transmit 
I have a carrier but my voice is not being picked up.  Canb you tell me how 
to fix this problem?  I have had to do this before but I forgot how.  I have 
tried everything.
