I just tried it again, and it worked fine for me.

Once the link opens, just use your arrow keys, and you'll find the entry 
fields.

I think my last entry of "Marshall Michigan" is still there, but that's just 
a sample to show you where to fill in the city and state info.

Give that a try, and if you continue to have problems, let us know.
