there have been several posts about numbness in hands and feet.  I am diabetic [btw..celiac and diabetes, along with alcholism,. are on the same gene strand].  In addition I had carpal tunnel in both hands. I CURED THEM BOTH....my md's wanted to know how I did it.  Very simple.....the nerves in your body are coated with mylin which responds to b vitamins.  When you say that your nerves are frayed, you are not far from the truth...A B complex will build up the coating. Take 100mg of a b complex with each meal.  Your urine will turn a neon yellow which is what you want. It says that your body is using all the b vitamins and washing out the excess.  I was exposed to 
Agent Orange  when I worked for the army in Korea and it cost me 7 toes.  I took the B vitamin,,,,,2 with each meal and the md's were astonished how quickly the nerves recovered. I kept taking them full blast for about 3 months and then cut back to about 2 a day to maintain the yellow urine

My md/homeopath gave me great advice about carpal tunnel...before bed take 500mg B 6.  Within 2 weeks the pain was totally gone.  I asked him about the amt which seemed high, but he said it was therapuetic.  I recommended that to a friend who was scheduled for surgery in 3 weeks.  He never had the surgery because the ct was totally healed.
