Hello to all,
My name is bill and my call is wb4ykl.  I got my technission lisence in the 1970's and my general in the 190's.  I worked 2 meters and then after recieving my general I worked 10 through 40.  It has been a few years since I have been on the air. I am now retired and have some time on my hands and am wanting to get back on.  I now live in an apartment so I am sure I am restricted to what I can dol.  I am interested in packet on VHF and UHF. I would also like to try some FM satellite work.  I am looking into getting a HT.  any sugestions would be appreciated.  Does any one know if there is a HT made with Speach.  Thank you in advance,
