I just got this computer.  I have told people forget everything you know
about Windows.  Vista changes it all.  I am thinking about buying a new hard
drive for my old computer that's hard drive was about to crash and putting
XP on it for Amateur radio stuff.

Vista is so differant to XP i vowed to get rid of it on the only machine
its on (my laptop) i would revert to XP for all amateur radio  stuff.
vista  im replacing with linux that works!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
