Once you try to satisfy BOTH your body's fundamental nutritional needs and the needs of the environment, you will have to compromise. Throw in convenience, price and social acceptability and you're in a mess. Work out what your primary, over-riding food selection criterion is going to be and stick with it. Don't allow yourself to be distracted by other peoples' priorities and criteria.
