I can prove that the earth is flat.
It's not IMHO a tangent, because paleofood is about belief.
Your doctor might have seen, um, err, maybe aluminum poisoning and
believed it was iron deficiency, assuming you cooked in aluminum. There
are other sources of poisons caused by cooking which might be why I do
better on raw.
I use black iron or enamelware when I cook.
