here is a yummy breafast recipe- You can make it then ight before so its
even easier on holiday mornings:

Gluten Free Free french toast bake-  (bread pudding style)

15 peices gluten free bread

4 eggs

3 cups milk

4 TBSP melted butter

1/2 cup sugar

2 tsp vanilla

2 tsp cinnamon

1 cup raisons

 directions:

1.  Make sure the bread you use is firm and dry.  To achieve a dry
peice of toast, place it in toaster on low heat several times until
firm.  Or leave the bread out for a day or two,  loosley covered.

 (i leave the bread out overnight)

 Cut bread in cubes and set aside

2.  Whisk together the remaining ingredients except for the raisons.
Grease a 12 x 8 inch baking dish.  Place the bread cubes evenly in the
baking dish and sprinkle with raisons.  Pout the egg mixture over the
bread.

Place in 350 degree oven for 35 minutes.

let sit 10 minutes before serving.

if desired sprinkle with powdered sugar or cinnamon
