A friend has a soy allergy, but is not a celiac. She is having problems
locating sources
for soy free products (vs individual ingredience like flour, etc). Could
any of you provide
pointers or info about soy-free product you've use and like or vendors
(local Maryland stores
or by mail) that sell soy free breads, crackers, and other food
products, as well as
medications (mostly over the counter allergy meds) ?
She has found some soy-free breads in some local stores, but like the GF
versions they are
more like cardboard than bread.
Thanks,
Alan in Maryland
