The activia website has some scientific studies posted (under information for
medical professionals) suggesting that 3 cups of Activia per day (3 servings of
125 g)decreases constipation.

Eating Activia 3x/day is a very expensive and not so convenient method for
taking probiotics. The key ingredient is bifiobacterium animalis. When I
searched for another product with this specific bacteria, I only found a pet
probiotic for dogs.

Does anyone take a supplement with bifidobacterim animalis in another form? I
already take a probiotic so don't necessarily need an recommendation for one
without this bacteria.

*Please provide references to back up claims of a product being GF or not GF*
