Dear Listmates - 

Thank you to everyone for your replies. Several listmates knew of other brands that are gluten-free and paraben-free, and I have summarized below. 

One listmate said a friend had skin tags, and once the friend stopped using products with parabens, the skin tags went away. Another mentioned that we need to avoid parabens, phthalates (I spelled it wrong before), and also sodium lauryl sulfate, not just parabens.

Another asked about sunblock products, and I will be contacting Banana Boat, which is owned by Hawaiian Tropics products. I bought a Banana Boat sunblock that has no parabens in it. I will get a list of products that are gluten-free and paraben-free, and maybe phthalate free from them.

Our local Walgreens has a big display of Burt's Bees products in the skin products aisle, which is a surprise. I didn't check ingredients on these.
