I have not tried anything from this bakery (and don't even have their address 
or phone number) but my Celiac Mother recently had some gluten free cake 
from Heidi's Bakery in Tallahassee, FL. Her non-Celiac friend ordered it for 
supper club and they had never made a gf cake before. They had weeks to 
research how to do so, and apparently did so successfully. My very reactive 
Mother did not get sick from the cake.
