I am setting up a local area network for a small local Family Center. The center has an administrative office which gets internet vai DSL and a Linksys router. They want to have two public access computers installed in the public space and share the internet with the office. But we'd need to ensure the public computers can't access the administrative segment. All computers are running Windows XP Pro.
1. What are good alternatives for connecting the public computers to the administrative LAN? Looks difficult to run cable in that building - finished ceiling and no basement.
2. What approaches could be used to give the public computers internet access while preventing access to the administrative segment?
