I don't know, but wifi I don't think would work out well.  With E skip or
with the top of the sunspot cycle and the way those freqs are I don't
know.  What about teh VHF high freqs?  The lower ones couldn't be usefull
for any kind of trunking either for the same reasons, but the VHF high
could.
