Hi, Russ,
What is disturbing is that the pictures were perfectly fine about a
month ago. It's only recently that they've become fuzzy.
I have not tried Facebook on another computer, but my son, who is
computer knowledgeable and does use Facebook, says that he does not have
this problem on his own computer.
We did try changing the resolutions on my computer, but that did not
help the issue.
Any ideas of what to try next?
Thank you,
Erif.
