If you're coming to America, you might as well be in on the joke.
Heinz is the name of the pre-eminent American maker of sauces,
pickles, jams and other edible items that are sold in glass jars.

The Heinz company used to advertise that they had "57 varieties".
This message was delivered with such saturation frequency over so many
decades that, even today, a typical American over age 30 would
instantly associate the name Heinz with the number 57, and vice versa.

So, you should learn to tolerate hearing jokes based on that
particular number, or else tell people that your name is "Henry".
That worked for Heinz Kissinger.

You're welcome.
