The time will change at 2a.m. on Sunday November 2, 2008 by falling back 1
hour in all of the United States except for Hawaii and Arizona.  Those
states don't participate in the time manipulations.  So, I guess we can't
blame (or credit) the President, or Congress.

Does the time change this weekend?  I thought I heard it mentioned yesterday
