Subject: THF6-A question

I am putting out this inquiry for a friend. His THF6-A is doing something
strange. It seems that it is sticking on whatever the last frequency he
enters is, and also that whenever he hits 4 to go to the bank of weather
frequencies, it takes him to that frequency instead of to the weather bank.
We have tried a factory reset, and have also disabled duel band monitoring
as well as checked to make sure the keypad is unlocked. If anyone has any
ideas, let me know and we will try them. 73.
Harvey
