Hi Richard.

Almost everything in Rochester is on 110.9 Hz PL.  If you've got UHF, 
444.850 is probably the most active repeater.  146.79 has much smaller 
coverage than it used to have and many people have switched to 145.110 MHz 
(also 110.9 Hz PL).
