Hi Harvey, Dave, Lloyd, Pat, And All,  Thanks so much for all your 
diligence, Richard Webb indeed's the person in question.  I checked 
Directory assistance in Eads, and found several Webbs, but no Richard.  If 
anyone has a for sure PMail or Email address for him, please advise.  I've 
sent an email to the one which is listed for a richard webb in my address 
book,/which may turn out to be at the blind hams list, but not sure it's the 
right one.  Again, Thanks so much to you all, this list's quite a help.
