Marty I would go with the Kenwood line of transceivers, the d700 the d710, the tmv71 etc.  So long as they have the voice guidance system, they should work.  Most of the newer rigs can search for pl tones and all you have to do then is hit the menu button a second time and they're already programmed.  I have an ic2100H but it doesn't have speech and if I had known I was going to move, I probably wouldn't have bought that rig.  73- pat kk3f
