The ringos are only monoband though, Personally when it comes to uhf/vhf, I 
don't buy anything but diamond anymore unless I happen to come in to 
something commercial for a good price. A Diamond X50A will probably be 
perfect for what you're doing, fast and easy setup and take down if you need 
to. The ringo ranger needs a lot of tuning, is only monoband, and I was 
satisfied with it when I had one back when, but not enough that I'd ever buy 
another one.
