It comes up here for me with just the one line also.

If you turn msaa or forms mode (whichever screen reader you're using), and just look at the bare page, you'll see the 
address for the site plus another thing which says "one moment please'.  

I waited a moment, actually several, and nothing happened, so I'll try later.  I'm using internet explorer 6 on this machine 
which may be part of the problem.  

But, I'll keep the link around and try when I get my Vista machine back from the computer hospital.
