What we did is rope to one end and they then, "slung" it from the 
bottom end of the guy, and by flicking the rope, slid it all the way 
to the top. My job, then, was to catch it and make sure that the it 
wouldn't slide back down the declined guy. :)
I hope that makes some kind of sense, easier to picture it than to 
describe adequately. :)
