There is a blind friendly Internet site called:

www.samobie.net

It has all kinds of things on it like radio streams, described videos and 
other things.  It is not free, but you can get a free 30 day trial of the 
service.

But if you do log on, unload your screen reader first, because it has its 
own speech software.
