Like others, I use the tone function in the talking swr/wattmeter.It also 
helps to keep a cheat sheet of your freqs and tuner settings so it is easy 
to reproduce results later.  A cheat sheet makes it easy to get in the 
ballpark before you need to put out a carrier.   I use a Palstar manual 
tuner, and with a cheat sheet and audio tones, it's no problem setting the 
tuner.
