Without a doubt, I can say that the TMV71A is the most accessible 
2-meter/440 rig I have ever owned.  And, it's very easy to use.

I got mine late last summer, and figured out how to do the functions I 
needed in a day, without the need for any sighted assistance at all.

Most functions, and all of the menus speak, which is a real help.

If you want, I or others on this list can send you some good documentation 
files for the TMV71A.
