I already had the radio up there being repaired for a problem with no
modulation.  However, he says his repair rate is standard and all info is
available on his site.  I've heard nothing but good about his work.  Its taken
him a couple weeks since he got my rig to get to it so I'm hoping he'll get to
it today.
