I must use supplemental GLA for diabetic p. neuropathy, needless to say it
comes in caps and is plant source.

So the above is extremely good news.

Could you point me to more in a direction to find out more information with
regards to amounts etc in chicken fat?

I've never seen a recommendation for a person with Diabetes to consume more
"chicken fat" but there are lots of references to the value and benefits of
plant source GLA.
