We are going to sound insane, but to loose weight on neanderthin
you must eat until you no longer -=physically=- want to eat. This
simulates paleolithic conditions quite well. (You've got a dead animal,
a small band of people, and no way to store the meat). Food doesn't have
to be falling out of your esophagus, but you do need to satasfy.
Anything less would be un-uncivilized.
