Even within a paleotype regime, I can choose to recreate many of my
pre-paleo ailments depending on specific paleo food choices or paleo food
preparations. Over several years, I have experimented with paleo options
and found out what clears my skin and rids of other symptoms. Any mis-step
will bear consequence of some kind for me. Within the circle of paleo
foods, there is a combination that keeps my head above water. Beware of
grain-fed meat, nuts, seeds, chocolate, coconut, citrus fruits, raw
butter/cheese, and nightshades (tomato), etc ... my body reacts negatively
to all of these foods which are sometimes accepted as paleo. The details
make a big difference.
