I've used eye round and sirloin and they both come out very good. Last
week we used a chuck roast and I didn't like it as much. Where do you
get your meat? The eye round we got was 5.99/lb ! This is Coleman's
meat, which is a bit more expensive, but even 2.59 is a big difference!
We ordered some meat from Lasater in Colorado this week, so we'll see how
that tastes...
