Some messages are prevented from going to the list because they are not
in accordance with the list's guidelines.

Please check your posts before hitting the send button to ensure they do
appear to conform to the rules, policies and guidelines as outlined in
your WELCOME message.

Some of the common reasons posts don't make it to the list are because
of editing (over quoting), email program settings (too many bells &
whistles turned on) but here is a more complete list:

* CONTENT
Is to be supportive and informative not confrontational.
Avoid threads that are "off topic" and do not post to topics which
have had a '!STOPPER placed on them.  If your post or response to
a post may be of interest to a limited number of subscribers, email
it privately to the folks concerned and not to the list.

* EDITING OF MESSAGES REPLIED TO
- trim as much as possible from the post to which you are replying
- edit, leaving only what is absolutely essential to convey meaning
- Is quoting any of the message really necessary?
- quoted text should usually be less than new text
- never quote headers nor entire messages

* THREADS
- if the subject is changed under a thread, please change
the subject line to correspond to the topic of your reply
- insure all responses from DIGEST mode have appropriate
subject lines to the content of your message and not the
DIGEST subject line
- if a DIGEST subject line does appear on the list, please
change it in your reply to what is appropriate for your post

* SIGNATURE FILES
- the use of most sig. files is discouraged
- permission for usage may be given by the LISTOWNER to an
individual based on the file's relevance to the mandate of
the list and the usefulness to all other list members

* TEXT & ATTACHMENTS
- use plain text only
- no HTML
- no attachments
- no winmail.dat files
- no quoted printable MIME encoding
- no multipart/mixed; boundary=
- no Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64
- no multi-part message in MIME format

* LISTOWNER
