   I have sardines packed in *water*...most mornings. Eat them on the
Bran Crisp crackers recommended in Bernstein's Diabetic Solution book.
   Many times I just mash the sardines with some mayo/vinegar/onions.
Cat loves it too. I know the crackers are not Paleo but I worry about
the fiber thing and it is the only 'crunch' food I have.
