My back is doing much better.  I can stand up straight and walk without much
pain and my back feels more bruised than anything else.  So, hopefully no
physical therapy will be required.  Getting up first thing each morning is
no picnic but once I am up and moving around a little, the rest of the day
is pretty good and I am not in need of the pain medication except late at
night and first thing in the morning.  At least now I own my own walker for
my old age, whenever that is.
