Voc. Rehab. is "Vocational Rehabilitation".  I bet Beth Thiers on this
list might be able to help you out on that one (she's an Occupational
Therapist).

Michael's career choices are still undecided. It's a tie between
locksmith, tow 
truck driver and shoe store owner :) At this point it's hard to tell
what kind of 
physical activities he will be able to do or not when he is older. The
good part 
is that his mind is quite brilliant...
