Ken,

You should have crossed Marijuana off the list (or told them it was for purely 
social use, not medicinal). ;-)

Or, it could be, they thought you weren't taking enough drugs so they wouldn't 
make enough profit!!

Your better off somewhere else.

PS I think the only reason a doc can refuse you over here is if his list is
